How do I place an order?

Contact me either by email or telephone telling me all that you require in your bow. Once you have selected your bow and have agreed the sample, full payment will then be needed. Once payment has been cleared through paypal or cheque your order will be made and dispatched.

What is your refund policy?
I will replace any faulty item at my descression, however I will not be held responsible for broken or damaged pony elastics. I buy these of a VERY high standard, anything that is used constantly will eventually break. I recommend that you put your hair up with a standard elastic first then attach your bow on top of that, this will keep all the tension off the bow elastic.

I have an urgent order can you help?
Please bear in mind that lots of teams may have an urgent order at the same time, so its best to give as much notice as possible for your order. I will try to accomodate everyone but I dont gaurantee it. There is also a charge of between £10 and £25 depending on the amount of bows.

How do I pay?
